After residing in many towns and cities throughout Ontario, Greg chose Barrie as his home base and works amongst all the Coldwell Banker – The Real Estate Centre, Brokerage offices. He is well educated having graduated from business school at Lakehead University, with a marketing specialty; and holds a graduate degree, in education from Western University. He is also a skilled negotiator, having completed an advanced certificate program in dispute resolution, a collaborative program through the University of Windsor and the Stitt Feld Handy Group.

Greg has experience in negotiating and mediating complex situations throughout his career. His primary focus is on customer service and concentrates on doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons, while working in the best interests of his clients. Greg spends quite a bit of time on Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching boating in the summer and sledding in the winter. He knows properties, especially waterfront and luxury properties. He has experience working in real estate markets, including Toronto, GTA and along HWY 400 and HWY 11, right through Muskoka!

On a personal side, Greg is very adventurous and enjoys travelling to foreign lands or simply looking for a hidden gem around the corner. He is an avid scuba diver and enjoys playing hockey.
